This policy explains how Eyra - Women's Wellness & Aesthetic Gynaecology collects and processes your personal information, in compliance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

    What we collect

    First name and WhatsApp number, when you submit an enquiry form. Email address, if you provide one (optional). The concern category you selected, and preferred clinic location. WhatsApp conversation history related to your consultation. Anonymised analytics via Google Analytics 4 (no personally identifiable data).

    How we use it

    Your data is used only to (a) reply to your enquiry, (b) coordinate your consultation, and (c) provide follow-up care. Nothing more.

    What we do not do

    We do not share your details with anyone without your written consent. No third-party advertisers, no data brokers, no sale of information.

    Storage & retention

    Data is stored on secure India-based servers. Enquiry data is deleted 90 days after your last consultation, unless you request continued care records.

    Right to access the data we hold about you. Right to correction of inaccurate data. Right to erasure. Right to withdraw consent at any time. Right to nominate a legal representative. Right to grievance redressal.
